Went for an interview and the interviewer is just going through the scripted Q&A. Did more test but I can barely hear anything from the laptop speaker so I can only fill in the answer as best as I could even though I said I could not hear anything and was ignored.
Strangely they ask me if I am interested in another role which not much information was given, so I cannot tell if they are seriously hiring or not.

What would you do if the customer is cannot check in at the hotel as hotelier said the room they booked it not meant for 8 people, the room they booked however was shown for 8 people.
After online accessments, there is an online interview with human resource (mine was voice only, no video). It lasted about 45 minutes in English. Normal interview questions about experience, expectations, etc

1. English Test (Writing test with some case)
They provide you a link to take a exam, pretty easy.
ex) Write an email to customer, etc.
2. Intervies with HR

It took about 1.5 week from application to the first round of Skype interview. The interview was about an hour long, held in English and Japanese (I applied for a position in Japan). There was only one interview, who was proficient in both languages. Before the interview, I took online test to see my language skills.
