Applied online and was contacted by recruiter. Recruiter was helpful in coordinating interviews. However, through my interview I noticed that the interviewers are struggling to explain what the job can do. Hiring managers seem to lack the knowledge of internal work because everyone is very new. For new employees, I would be concerned because management seem to lack direction. I'm glad I didn't get the offer because I would have declined it anyway.
Seem like the company is pretty disorganized with so many internal changes.
They sent out a test that had to be completed within 7 days. Then the next round was sql test and high level probability and statistics testing. Post this round they had a manager round to check my understanding of DS and excel topics.

Fast but multiple rounds and that can be a bit repetitive, the most difficult is the iq one so pls try it in advance multiple times if u dont want to fail

The user didn't provide clear guidance on the interview process, and felt so hurried. The test was okay, although on some part they didn't elaborate on their own question, I felt unclear on the intention of the user during elevator pitch
