My friend gave the reference and I was called up for the interview. As i joined the company in very initial stage their was not any defined process as such. I was called up and was interviewed by the Country director and been selected same day. I was interviewed for almost 3 hours.
straightforward. nothing out of the ordinary or remarkable. important to understand the role, the market you are applying for, and how you would approach the role. also an understanding of company culture would help.

Hiring Manager is nice, and ask some OTA market insight, and some how to hit the KPI, and my personality, after interview, HR sent the test to me, and ask me to finish it ASAP.

It does not take a long time and there will be simple rhetoric questions. Agoda basically hire people depending on their educational background and either previous work experience suits their available job requirements,
