      1. Phone screen 2. Two ridiculously hard, discouraging, waste of time IQ exams, for which even PHDs or math majors may do poorly (as lengthy word problems often did not even make sense), and did not apply at all to the position for which I was interviewing. Awful experience. And did not receive an offer. Quite possibly a job NO ONE is qualified for per those absurd exams.

Thank you for considering Agiloft as your future company of employment and taking the time to complete the required assessment tests. We appreciated your feedback about our process. It is our intention that all applicants have a positive experience when applying for a position. Our aptitude test is utilized for positions that require a high level of technical skills. It is one consideration, among many, that aims to gauge a candidate’s fit and the likelihood of success in the role. Our training manager role specifically is a very technical position that will require implementing the Agiloft software and developing the software training for internal and external administrator users.

The initial contact is a screening with a recruiter, then they send you two "IQ tests". The first is a 15 minute 12-question test that's similar to the SAT. The second is a 90 minute 25-question test. Part of the test is like the SAT and therefore redundant. The rest of the second test are poorly written questions that should not be used for anything. The test literally does not ask about anything that you would need to do for ANY job. Before I took it, I spent about an hour laughing at other reviews saying how ridiculously terrible it was. Well, they were right and it's still hilarious. The second test is not an actual IQ test because many of the questions have no correlation and they have no question anchor. For example: "You visit a land where people fall into two categories of liars: either they lie on M,W,F or they lie on T,Th,Sat. They tell the truth on other days. You meet two inhabitants, one of each type. They make the following statements: A says Yesterday I told the truth. B says Yesterday was Monday. Question: What day of the week is it now?" ............That question has no anchor. There's literally not enough information to answer the question. All you know is someone is lying. Half of the test is like that. This technology company is making hiring decisions based on a poorly written SAT test that doesn't at all relate to the work that's being done. If you know IQ tests require answerable questions and that these tests are completely unrelated to hiring competent employees, then I'd say don't bother. But if you want a good laugh, then apply and if you happen to get an offer negotiate it 30%+ higher just for wasting your time on a dumb test.

Occasionally, we may use third-party recruiting agencies that may ask for current or previous salary history in their initial screening processes. However, Agiloft does not, at any time, ask for any current or previous salary information. Third-party agencies that inquire about salary history do not share that information with Agiloft.

Filled out an application online. Got an email from a recruiter. The phone screen was pretty standard then she sent me two "IQ tests." She said they were pretty standard logic tests. NOT TRUE AT ALL. There were two. One 12 question timed and another that was 25 questions timed at 90 min. I score up to 120 on IQ tests and these were EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. The 2nd test were exactly like the questions from the LSAT (to get into law school). I spent months preparing for that test and that was 20 years ago. What a joke. For a training/HR role you want me to pass the LSAT? Why?! This is not a measure of true intelligence. Harvard and Yale research debunks the use of IQ tests at all anyway. I was overqualified for the role, but applied because it was remote and they are based in California. Thought they would be progressive. I closed the 2nd test after looking at the questions and told the recruiter I had better things to do with my Sunday. Grow up guys. This is not the way to assess talent. Stone age methods. seriously.
