1hr for 1st interview with team manager and 30min for the 2nd interview with 1 team member & manager, case study test was followed to submit within a day. Interview was not tough, interviewer was friendly. They seem to seek for the one who can mingle well in the team

Recruiter reached out and arranged a F2F interview within a week. 2 interviewers attended the interview. One was professional and pleasant, however, the other interviewer seemed she was having a bad day. She didn’t greet me or introduce herself and frequently frowned or reacted skeptically to my responses throughout the conversation. When I asked whether the role was a replacement or expansion position, as I had noticed the same job posting appearing every few months, her response was, “why does it matter?” The overall experience felt unprofessional, and I informed the recruiter immediately after the interview that I wished to withdraw my application. It has been a few months since then, and I have noticed the role is being advertised again. That only reinforces my belief that withdrawing my application was the right decision.
