The recruiter was incredibly communicative and supportive throughout the interview process. I always felt in the loop, and they stuck to the timeline I was given at the beginning of the process. The hiring manager and other interviewers asked a lot of questions about my goals, my experience, and DEI. The interview process gave me the impression that Affirm cares a lot about DEI and wants employees who think deeply about it.
