They actually reached out to ME to interview for this open position. I have had conversations with them for the course of 1 year. When I finally had an official interview planned, I was rejected immediately the day after my interview with an automatic email. It was pretty disappointing since they did a good job keeping in contact with me until they didn’t need me anymore. I spent a lot of time and effort over the course of 8 months for an entry level role. In the end, it wasn’t worth it.

Everyone I met with during the interview process was incredibly warm, which made the experience much less nerve-racking. The process was in-depth: an initial meeting with a recruiter, four interviews with senior team members, and a strategic prospecting presentation. This ultimately increased my trust in the company, as it’s clear they take pride in building their team thoughtfully and with care.
