I interviewed with affirm before their IPO - about 5 years ago and had a delightful experience, the interviewer was kind and she even gave me feedback. I just recently interviewed again through employee referral; the recruiter no showed on our call then send an email hours later saying the had a company meeting that ran over. Through out the interview he did not seem interested in anything I had to say, almost felt like it was just a requirement to interview because it was a referral.
