The interview process was quite good, it started with a take home Android project which I thought was a very effective test of skill without taking too much time to complete. Following the take home Affirm gave me some time to study and set up a day of interviews a few weeks out. On the day of there were 3 technical interviews, a practical Android coding interview, a project walkthrough presentation with Q&A and a system's design interview. The project walkthrough was my favorite by far, it did require preparation of a slide show but I really enjoyed the opportunity to share the various business/technical/project management pieces I had to consider. The other two technical interviews were I thought very effective at judging my knowledge, thought process and ability to collaborate remotely. Overall a great experience!
