Discussion with recruiters by phone. A little bit later with 2 team members also over the phone, nothing to technical to start since the role is in between sales and engineering obviously.
They decided to bring me on-site for full interviews.
It was a very intense interview day (presentation pitch, technical interview, complex sales situation, etc.) like any others top companies in the Bay area, but I would not join a company if they would not thoroughly check their skills to get things done right. It seemed like a very humane process compared to a lot of other companies.
Everybody I spoke was very polite and courteous, and the interview process moved fairly rapidly, which I appreciated.
Company seem like a great place to work. Lots of smart, professional people, and a really cool concept. Decided to join and can't wait to start!
