J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Affinity Credit Union (Saskatoon, SK) en mars 2025
Entretien
Had a phone screen and brief interview with HR rep which led to in person interview at the Head Office/Campus. Met with HR rep and hiring manager. Prior to in-person meeting HR rep did email 4 documents to help prep for interview with company.
Job was posted as a Jr. Systems Administrator for Salesforce but during interview some of the situational questions asked by hiring manager seemed more geared toward a developer role rather than a Salesforce systems administrator. When compared to posted job description it felt like most of the roles and responsibilities were ignored or left alone to target one specific job responsibility/duty.
The interview felt like they were wanting to hire a developer who could also do some SF admin work as opposed to a SF admin who could also do a little dev work on the side. Which was not really well reflected in job posting.
Also - they were up front in the in-person interview advising that the job title as posted was different than the classification of the job internally. I'm not sure if that would have been reflected in the title of whomever got hired but the incongruity of the titles and the seemed desire of the hiring manager compared to the job as posted left a bit of a bad taste as it didn't seem quite as transparent as Affinity claims they strive to be.
That said - the overall process was pleasant, the environment at the campus seemed decent
