I applied online via Indeed.com. Following my submission, I received an email a couple days later, requesting a phone interview with the Director of Affiliate Marketing. We had the phone interview a couple days later and was offered the position. The Director was very friendly and was excited to tell me about the position and the people working there. I accepted the offer and started working there the following week.
