Call with a recruiter then call with a hiring manager and 3 other people in 1 hour call, followed by a technical coding challenge. The first time a place has ever asked for a referral from a former company. They tell you to do a take-home test for no more than 3 hours. I 100% recommend if you want to move on to spend way more than 3 hours. The tasks that are in the test are at least several hours of work. One of them includes parsing text out of HTML from a rested request. Completed the minimum acceptance criteria just for a recruiter to call me a week later to say that they're no longer interested with 0 feedback whatsoever. It was probably the most disgusting and biggest waste of time interview process in my entire life.
