I applied online through Aetna.com back in October and after not receiving a response from the human resource department. It wasn't until I decided to cancel my account did I get a response.

Entretien
All interviews were conducted by phone and video conference. First a screening was done by a recruiter, then an interview by a senior recruiter. After that there was a "face time" interview. I asked several questions but no one could answer them.

Entretien
It was through a staffing agency, so I can only speak to that level. They sent over my resume and I got a call the next day. The interview was scheduled for the following day so a very quick turnaround. The supervisor was pleasant and gave me a LOT of information about the history of the company and the inception of the team she was interviewing for. She gave me so much information that she did most of the talking during the interview! Which was fine, though I was a little taken aback at how much she emphasized how stressful the job was. It was off-putting, and I'm sure that came across. I also made a rookie mistake of not bringing copies of my resume and references (and having to lead with it, providing what I'm certain sounded like the lamest excuse of "my printer broke last night" even if it was true. I'm sure it didn't work in my favor!)
