I applied on their website, a recruiter reached out to me within 24 hours, and told me my answers would be forwarded to the hiring managers. This ended unfavorably. Maybe hire recruiters that don't phone interview at 7:30pm with a TV blaring in the background, and your potential employees won't be distracted by an audience clapping every 30 seconds.

Interview was 2 parts. One phone and one in person interview with 3 supervisors. Straight forward customer service questions. 30 minutes in length. Conversation was fun and the supervisors loved their jobs.

I applied back on December of 2018. I interviewed immediately via phone and heard nothing back until February for a face to face. By then I had found another job. In March I was offered the position, March 1st to be exact. I was supposed to start March 18 but since they use Hireright, my background check came back a week after my start date and my date had got pushed back. Everything came back clear except they could not verify past jobs in the past that I had. I worked for a govt agency and they do not do employment verifications what so ever. I had let them and the investigation team know this but they rescinded my offer. I think that if I hive you references, then the calling old jobs and demanding W2s and old pay stubs are a waste because after so many years, you are out of these companies system. I will never work for a company who uses Hireright. Just do a criminal check and background. I had already told them when they asked for this stuff that I decline. They stated they could not hold my jobs while I attempted to get them the documents but you string me along waiting around for jobs. I have other job interviews lined up anyway because I was forced to settle for a dead end because my bills does not stop because jobs drag their tails. The process takes way too long. The salary was good but the process of getting hired is crazy
