The first interview went really well, we had easy conversation and it lasted for about 30 min. After that, I followed up with an email and waited over a week for a response back. We then scheduled a call for 2 weeks later, which she missed. We set up another call for 2 days later and she missed that one as well - and waited over 5 days to email me back with an apology. At this point in time, even though I was really excited about the job, I felt very uneasy about how unprofessional the interview process was. We then set up a call for 3 weeks out - which brought the whole interview process to a total of 2 months! Absolutely ridiculous. She then waited a full week after the last phone conversation to tell me that the job was no longer available. I can't tell you how absolutely devastated I was after being strung along for so long - only to get an EMAIL, not even a phone call, saying that the job was no longer being offered.
