Had one interview with the hiring manager, which was low pressure. As a new grad, they handled onboarding exceptionally well. Overall, it was a straightforward process with no complications or issues.

Asks typical character questions and manager was easy going. Made the experience feel less pressuring. I was invited to shadow shortly after to get my own opinion and feel for the workplace.

Interview process was very easy. Manager were easy to talk with on the phone. They asked me what I was my base pay/salary pay yearly. They asked me what are my strengths and weaknesses. I had a RN peer in person interview as well.
