Complete an assessment on various questions to do with scenarios. 1 hour interview asking about scenarios you've encountered and how you've dealt with them. 100% telephone HR sat behind a desk with little headphones on.

Entretien
Standard competency based interview questions. Seemed very 'scripted' at times, with very little space for showing skills and experience beyond their narrow questions. There was an initial phone interview with a recruiter who was obviously just fishing for if the basic criteria were met. This was followed by an interview with 2 other people, one of which mainly taking notes.

Everyone was super friendly and upbeat - I was nervous but soon put at ease :-)
