It was very thorough, convenient, and well-executed. They broke it down into 3 parts - virtual interview, teller assessment, and interview. Each part was able to be completed in the comfort of my home.

Overall, the initial interview process is pretty standard. The questions that are asked are aimed to help the employer gain an understanding of your personality and work style. The expectations are presented fairly and clearly from the initial interview

I was a very easy process consisting of two virtual interviews one of the interviews was just answering prompted questions. And the other interview was a zoom call with an interviewer.
