Straightforward interview process. Met with the CEO, then with the VP of Engineering. Was invited to take the home assessment. According to the following interview, I crushed it. All of my code was neat, worked with no errors/warnings, and my explanation & answers were everything the VP was looking for. So honestly, don’t know how or why I didn’t get the job. Guessing either someone was better or I didn’t fit into the leadership culture. Nonetheless, although I am confused and disappointed, it was a pleasant interview process.
