A couple of phone calls. Came in as an internal recommendation. Had several years of experience and the hiring process was very swift. Really hit it off with everyone I spoke with and the process was not trivial.

It was completely handled over the phone with someone based in Detroit. The call lasted about 25 minutes and the decision was made to offer me the position based only on that conversation. The local recruiter who set up the phone interview subsequently called me and asked how I thought it went, to which I replied "very well, and I'm excited about the opportunity." The recruiter said the manager thought it went well too, and then she offered me the position over the phone.
