The interview was to the point and the interview process went very smoothly. Everything was explained throughly and every question asked was answered. Questions were based on customer service experience.

The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and asked. a few questions about my availability moving forward as well as what I was looking for in my next job. I was offered position on the spot.
