The manager gives you a phone screen then calls you in for a face to face interview. The questions are basic interview questions and scenarios. It took me less then 30 mins to finish with the interview. It was very easy and straight forward. As a driver for the interview I believe I came in with jeans and a polo. Very casual. He hire me on the spot and had me come in the following week.

There is also a knowledge test to determine vehicle systems and parts identification. The in-person interview is basically a confirmation of the results from the on-line testing.
