3 interviews total. 1 Phone interview and 2 in office interviews. Both in office interviews were conducted by 2 employees each time. The questions were very detailed so that they could make sure that they got to know me. After the interview was done i had to do mock calls so that they could see how i sounded talking to customers and how well i could relay information.

Entretien
The two supervisors who interviewed me separately were both awesome.
They both gave me a very honest idea of what I was about to take on.
If you come from a very structured, metric driven, high call volume background this job will be highly successful here.
This environment seems to be more customer driven and not as much number driven which is a welcome change.

I think the interview process went well, from the first call to the face to face interview everything went quick. The HR rep and the Management team was very professional and was very nice
