I would like to give 0 start if there any option, oprational manager give positive feedback, everything was good even recruiter shared break down what we are offering and everything after HR head interview a formal interview. My friend got information that we a not hiring this position just putting on hold once it's open we definitely hire you. Even my friend gived the resignation and can't retrieve it. Also the HR head given a feedback that she can't relocate and we can't afford her. So why taken 2-3 interview before. First they should change the process. First interview should be taken by HR head if he is ok to hire then department manager and head can take interview. In india it's too complicated to get a job for experienced one and who has job then this type of people out then in unemployement condition. What if she did something wrong? Who will take responsibility. That HR head or the recruiter or the company?
