Zero, they pretty much hire anyone as they have no clue how to interview. They will only ask you if you are comfortable working long hours and call it grind. There is zero onboarding and after 6 months working long hours, doing good job and being praised by clients they just terminate you overnight, because they have zero financial planning skills and they just rehire new people that are willing to work long hours.
