Invited to a video interview for a direct training contract with the firm. Was sent an email detailing what style of questions to expect, this was very helpful in preparing what my answers might include

Question 1
What is the difference between a good solicitor and a great one?
The interview process was very well organised and the interviewees were really friendly. This made the whole experience less overwhelming. I settled into the environment straight away and felt at ease. The questions were relatively standard for the type of interview and the interview flowed more like a natural conversation than a scripted interview.

I did a video interview, questions prompted on the screen and recorded to answer. I had a friend who announced that they had received a traineeship offer before I had even been rejected. Very unprofessional
