I don't know that there was a process... They were looking to hire immediately, so there was no initial screening or information on what to expect. The very first interview was with the Marketing and Creative Directors, one of which was extremely unenthused and seemingly working. The success of an interview is as much reliant on the interviewers as the interviewees, and the conversation had absolutely no direction.
