Loved being challenged on the interview. It proved there were smart, motivated people in the company who wanted to be surrounded by the same. The interview very much inflated the company with small things such as the culture and office benefits, which are minimal.

Entretien
Submitted application online and was contacted by the director of sales about two days later. Was asked to come in to interview with the team the next day. Had two different interviews, first with the director of sales and vice president of sales, and the second was with two sales managers. Questions included: what do you know about Adconion, why this position, what can you contribute, are you a 'five point player'.
Emailed the director about 2 weeks later asking for progress on my application and received an email from an HR employee saying it was no longer available.
