Entretien
Applied Online. Process started with a coding assignment, then couple of telephonic interviews mainly focussed on coding and DS/Algo. Then called for onsite for single round and an HR round. Again focussed on coding/DS/Algo. Then a telephonics with a US member. This was on computer sceince fundamentals. FInally a telephonic with MD of India. Mainly cultural fit and puzzles.
All in all if you are a very hands on engineer with solid fundamentals, clearing it won't be an issue.

Two telephonic interviews has cleared with each 1 hour, and asking for two more FacetoFace interviews. Is that 2 hours not enough to tell that guy is good or not.???

Entretien
The interview had different rounds with different people from different teams of the company. It was mostly from managers of different teams just to get different perspectives of the person who's interviewing. I think there was a joint decision finally made by the senior management considering all the reviews of the managers. All managers were very professional in their interviews and asked sensible intellectual questions. The HR round was fairly straightforward
