J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AdMed (Philadelphia, PA) en nov. 2021

Recrutier call for 20-30 min, scenario based assessment and timeline assignment, 45 minute video interview before a final one. The recrutier asked me for availability and then went on vacation for a week without even giving a heads up that it would take them awhile to schedule the interview which is extremely unprofessional becasuse I mentioned I was actively interviewing at other places. They waste your time with the assignments. Also, they have 2 year non-compete clause and they work with major bipharma, life science companies so it might affect job search if you decide to leave them. I would have decline offer anyways bc I didnt get a good vibe from the begining but wanted to gain interview experience bc I am actively seeking senior level jobs.

I had to take it upon myself to reach out to the employer and get the ball rolling with the interview process. It took a while to get a response and I had to keep reminding them and they would keep saying that they are at a very busy time. How are you supposed to hire people if you are too busy to give them the time of day? If you are looking for a serious job do not look at this company.
