It was a bit long but very smooth. First had a brief call (15ish minutes), then had an hour long video interview with the product manager, followed by a coding challenge (30 minutes), meeting the developers (1 hour), an interview with the lead developer (45 minutes), and finally an interview with the VP (30 minutes). The total amount of time this took place over was about 3 weeks.
