1. Writing/analysis test - create memo based on spreadsheet
2. Phone screen interview
3. Final round interview with math/logic test and three 30 min behavioral interviews with project teams
Overall very positive experience and all interviewers were very friendly. Only downside is how long it takes to hear about an offer.

What is an example of a recent data analysis project you've worked on?
Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Walk through specific projects from the past experience.
They have 4 rounds of interview, one is more like a written test ,where you get asked some statsiticals or basic math questions. there are 3 rounds face to face interview, mainly behavioral questions
Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
