J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Acumen (Los Angeles, CA) en juin 2016
Entretien
After sending my resume, the recruiter sent me a data exercise that was required over the weekend. Only after finishing and submitting the answers, Acumen requested a phone interview. The interview was basically asking questions about the exercise (Ex: Did you notice any patterns in the data set, why did you use this method, what is your conclusion...) The questions were just going through the exercise answers you submitted. I guess there are no right or wrong answers since it's based on how you answered the question.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why did you use a scatter plot to answer this question.
Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
