You are required to answer 23 GMAT style questions under test conditions and then go through a case study with a member of staff. I didn't get an offer despite getting all but one of the GMAT questions right and completing the case study without help. They said I didn't ask enough questions about the case study and that when asked what sector I was looking to work in I answered finance and insurance, which wasn't specific enough apparently. Everyone I met was really nice and polite and I was well looked after. I personally would advise anyone going to an interview with Acturis to be really careful about what you say in regards to future goals and what you want from a job. Ultimately they are looking for someone who is going to stay for several years, so don't mention plans to do a Masters or PhD for example even if they press you for that information. I can imagine language skills are sought after as they have offices in other countries so perhaps worth applying if you are not a STEM graduate but can speak another language fluently. Overall nice people and well located offices but I wasn't particularly impressed by their reasoning for not offering a job given my performance on the day.

Talk to hr, talk to the hiring manager in the uk, do tests to check your analytical skills. Then do a case study to test your overall thinking and conversation skills
