J'ai passé un entretien chez Active911 en oct. 2024
Entretien
1. Apply through telnet challenge, This was honestly pretty cool, and didn't even take much longer than the normal boring Workday application form.
2. Technical interview. The person who hosted this interview was some type of outsourced HR, and not technical. They just record you solving the problem, so there is no back-and-forth to talk through the problem or provide clarifications. (Not very hard though) Despite how I believed I did pretty well here, I received a rejection with no feedback.
I've now seen this job posting constantly up for 6+ months. It makes me think they are not really looking so much to fill the position, more just fishing to see what's out there.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Active911 (Philomath, OR) en janv. 2025
Entretien
Fairly straightforward. Progressed to second interview, with a technical assessment, which was video recorded. Submitted working solution, but solution was rejected without explanation, similar to other reviews. Wasn't a bad experience, but a little odd. Would recommend others to expect hidden requirements.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Active911 (Philomath, OR)
Entretien
First round screening, second round technical interview that would proceed to a final interview with the CEO if successful. Did not pass the technical in spite of what I felt was a fair solution given the amount of time.

Entretien
1st round was behavioral,
2nd round was a technical round with 1 main problem and a significant follow-up.
Everything was conducted by the HR, so you do not meet anyone technical during the interview process.
