2 ~30 min interviews, some personal and professional questions with an assignment after them. Questions included strengths, weaknesses, etc. All candidates received the assignment. Assignment included description of the product and description of a problem that the product is facing. The candidate was required to, of course, answer in English, perform a short literature review and suggest solutions to the problem described. Was quite difficult since there is no familiarity with the product or the technology, but the purpose was to see the candidate's way of thinking.
