I had just one interview and it was done over the phone as the recruitment team is based in Ancaster, ON. The interviewer was friendly and encouraging while answering questions.

I studied various chemical reactions, theory, etc. for the interview which was unnecessary. The interview was very laid back and informal which was nice. The interviewers were friendly and laughed at my jokes. They showed me around the facility and lab which made up my mind about whether or not I wanted to work at ActLabs; the workers looked pretty bored. I guess I realized I didn't want to work in a lab. After reviewing my offer of employment after the interview, I definitely didn't want to work there because there is a $250 out of pocket cost to quit the job during the contract which is insane to me.
