I had an initial screening interview with a third party recruiter located in the UK, which lasted about an hour and went over my experience, why I wanted to work there, salary expectation, hobbies, etc. Following that, I had two interviews with the hiring manager and another QA (both located in New Zealand). The two interviews had a mix of non-specific technical questions (e.g. what would you look for in a test framework, compare and contrast test tools) and several hypothetical "what would you do if..." questions. I was told after each interview that I would receive feedback, but I did have to follow up multiple times - I didn't hear anything for 4 weeks after the last interview.
