The entire interview process was very organized. I had an initial interview with the recruiter, a clinical interview with a Clinical Director, and then an in person interview with the Operations Team. Everyone I met with virtually and in person was incredibly informative about the company, had been with the company for a minimum of 3 years and was incredibly down to earth.

They asked questions related to clinical assessment familiarity, treatment plan writing, preferences for work environments and areas within ABA that I am passionate about. We discussed case loads and billable hours requirements. They allowed me to ask a lot of questions and were able to answer all of my questions.

Amazing and very smooth!
I met with Vivian first, who was great talking to. The meeting very very smooth. Then I was assigned 2 other interviews that are clinical. They also went very smooth.
The overall process of interviews was fast.

Marty made the interview process so effortless. She was helpful, encouraging, and kind. She called to get to know me first and then set up my formal interview. The following business day, I received my offer. She also helped negotiate terms for me. I couldn't be more pleased!
