J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez ActioNet (Washington, DC) en juill. 2020
Entretien
Overall the interview process was straight forward which I was pleased with. I was then presented an offer, but after reading the fine print in the "confidentiality agreement" I realized it was basically a non-compete agreement that wouldn't let me take any information technology role after my employment with ActioNet within the US for 12 months. This was a red-flag and deal breaker and I declined the offer. I would've had less of an issue if it wasn't 'buried' within other legal verbiage.
Be sure to read all the fine print when accepting offers from companies!
