Interview process included 3-4 rounds. First round included written skill test followed by one to one interaction with HR in a team of 8-10 applicants. Successful applicants were asked to appear for next round with senior managers. Interview with managers was good. Asked few technical questions and tested willingness to join Acro. Finally, salary discussion with HR

Interview process was good and fast. Can include initial induction for new commers (new in industry) . Can include basic aptitude test and complex writing test. And verbal comm test.

Two rounds of interview, one with VNA and the next with the manager. HR round was initially conducted to brief about the job and then after they contacted me to extend an offer.
