Got called in to speak with Tooling Manager, President, & the Quality Manager.
Did a walk through were you see all the old yet fully functioning and efficient machines, there’s is very evident 5s that takes place. The shop is nice and tidy. The team was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. Culture seems quite in a good way like they have a sense of order that works and peace of running smoothly.
The dress code here is either the uniforms or very casual, seen some wear ripped jeans.
The shop was neither too hot nor too cold.
You don’t have to wear hard hats here, I didn’t see an ear plug station like you see at most manufacturers. But I know the decimal vibrations was more that 75, so if you go for the interview, I would take some ear plugs just incase. Also didn’t see steel toed boots/shoes.
It was very neat to see the inside, all the different kinds of chains they generally make in there.
