-1st stage virtual interview with the internal recruiter for culture fit and background question
-2nd stage virtual interview with members of the team for more job-related questions. I had two lovely ladies from the Client Relationship Management team who interviewed me, but also left plenty of time to address specific questions about the team and the job.
-3rd was an in-person interview at the office, with the Chief of Staff and the Head of Data. After this, if successful you will be sent the excel task to work on.
- A few days before presenting, you get the chance to have a 30min virtual 1-1 arranged with someone from ACIN (for me, was the Chief of Staff), who will provide helpful feedback and tips to ace the final panel. This is really helpful, as they try to set you up for success !
-4th is the in-person panel final stage, presenting your polished, client-ready deck and analysis in 30min with 15-30min for questions. In attendance were the head of data, chief of staff, head of analytics, head of client management and vp of people. Quite a daunting exercise, but everyone was friendly and supportive. Questions are designed to challenge you and see how you think/approach pressure and being put on the spot, as well as test your understanding of the company and its product.
Everyone in the process was very supportive and friendly. I really appreciated the feedback session before the panel as you are set up for success. I got an offer and am excited to join the team!
