Demo lesson with a private interview after where principal and another teacher give you feedback based on demo lesson. It was interesting to see what they typically concentrate on and notice. They seem more dedicated to noticing the small details vs the bigger picture.

The interview process seemed to be quite simple and straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.

Staff seems nice
It was an average teacher interview review your résumé go over your lesson demo and then that's when they decide if they're going to offer you an offer letter
