The application process was very long and difficult. They should never require social security numbers on candidate application forms for initial screening purposes. I think I spent about an hour and a half just filling out all the paperwork for the application including the background check forms. My advice would be to simply your application process to exclude all the legalese and THEN when you have narrowed down your selection to probably hire, do the financial and criminal background check forms.
After my application the hiring manager showed interest and then scheduled a phone interview, however it was rescheduled due to business work loads, no issues there. However the Human Resources failed to follow-up with me in reasonable time regarding my candidacy. After following up with them twice over the course of a month, I received the professional rejection response.
I rated this "negative" because of the applicant paperwork issue not because of the phone screen. The hiring manager was very polite and professional on the phone screen.
First interview by phone with the Director of the Portfolio Modeling group. Then invited to the fin-person interview. Interviewed with many people from many departments at ACES.
