Very chill online interview, Was asked to introduce myself. Interviewee proceeded to show the job requirements and sites. At the end of it, interviewee offered the position immediately. Was not stressful at all and just basically a " You want it?" kind of interview.

You will be more or less accepted if the HR gave you a reply, the questions they asked are mostly personal, which includes your hobbies, etc. HR will explain the daily procedures, courses to take before entering construction sites, etc. The interview process is more about explaining the role of the job.
