I was messaged from an executive level person who I'll leave unnamed, and the messaging came across from a platform of their own which I had to create a login for, and wasn't something I could easily review in my email without logging in and communicating with them that way, or on the Indeed platform, which is where I applied for the role I saw open for an SDR. Their platform looks extremely archaic and I couldn't understand why they didn't use a regular email, so it seemed a little sketch. Phone screen went well (about 30 minutes of conversation back and forth and I had some questions of my own) and I was selected to move to the next stage - a face to face zoom call with another person at the company who was going on a couple years tenure and held the same responsibilities, maybe just a fancier title.. It seemed that the zoom went great, but then I just never heard back, and was completely ghosted. Overall, its potentially a huge time suck to speak with them, and keep in mind that if you're not selected, you won't hear a word back!
