Entretien
Applied, assumed I would not get a call back as it took a couple of months. Steps: 1. Phone screening with recruiter, 2. interview with TS team in-person, 3. one on one with manager, 4. one on one with manager one level up, 5. interview/offer call with CEO.
Overall, was somewhat disorganized (CEO missed call time, other interviews had to be rescheduled). Interview process pretty straightforward otherwise for the position. It was aimed at how I think, how I would deal with clients, and how I would review an issue (basic level). Friendly and approachable team to interview with overall though.

Entretien
Everything will be done over the phone. After applying a recruiter will email you from overseas with a simple questionnaire. After the questionnaire you will get a call from two support managers to get a sense of personality and technical acumen.
Final interview will be with the CEO who will provide you an offer which is fair but no room to negotiate.
