Received an email on a Wed wanting me to come in for a F2F first thing Fri morning (2 mos after I had applied). Replied back letting them know it would work & to send me the details. They replied back with an address & I received a mobile calendar invite for an interview with 2 people (minus the job description that I had to find myself). When I arrived for the interview I told the receptionist I had an interview with the 2 people from the invite. She was like a deer in the headlights & contacted one of the individuals who said it was with the other guy. She then contacts the other person and tells me to take a seat. Then another person (who was not one of the original 2) greets me & takes me to a small conference room. He then says he's going to talk to other guy & see if we can meet in larger conference room so it doesn't feel like an interrogation. Then the other guy comes and gets me & the 3 of us meet in a larger conference room. Absolutely no time for rapport building whatsoever! The guy I didn't even know was going to be at the interview takes it upon himself to let the interrogation commence. At one point he asks me to tell them about myself. I start to go through my resume and he continuously interrupts me (wasn't even able to get through the 1st employer I had worked for after college) and makes backhanded remarks (it seemed as if any answer I gave them wasn't good enough). I also noticed it was an open cubicle environment that seemed very high-pressure, yet everyone was wearing street clothes (including the people interviewing me), which I understand is common from speaking w/ receptionist. I took it upon myself to end the interview after 10 mins, since you can imagine what the day-to-day is like if they treat someone from the outside like this. Very unprofessional and I still have no idea who the other person was or what his role is. He clearly lacked interviewing experience and doesn't follow the golden rule of treating others as you want to be treated. I remember the 1st time I interviewed someone-it was my 1st position out of college, and I've gained significant experience since then including management, but it all goes back to one simple truth-treat people with respect!

After submitting my resume and short bio online, I was contacted by a Regional Sales Director who scheduled an interview. When I got there, I was interviewed by 7 other Regional Directors and National Account Managers. Once interviewed, you will be contacted if one of the interviewers decides to offer a position.
